Yaprak de Beaufort is an experienced leader in the financial services industry, with a focus on innovation and technology. She is the Head of Strategy and Commercial Operations for Visa in the UK and Ireland, shaping the strategic direction, driving business growth and operational excellence, and engaging with clients and partners in the payments industry. Prior to joining Visa in 2019, Yaprak has held senior roles in investment banking (M&A and capital markets), fintech, and risk and data analytics, at Lehman Brothers, Nomura, Third Bridge, and Credit Benchmark. She has an MBA from INSEAD and is a trained management consultant.
In her spare time, Yaprak enjoys playing the violin, travelling, and spending time with her three children.
