Tom Hill

Tom is a Senior Manager in EY's UK FinTech team. The team helps FinTechs, financial institutions and investors on a wide range of strategic, operational, capital-raising and deal-related issues.

With 10 years of professional experience, Tom supports a portfolio of FinTech clients, and works with financial services clients as they collaborate with FinTechs. Tom has led a number of insight-driven research projects, authoring both the ‘Building better together’ report with Tech Nation and the EY UK FinTech Census. He was also a contributor to the skills and talent chapter of HM Treasury's Kalifa Review of UK Fintech.

Prior to EY, Tom started his professional career in Australia, supporting the initial design and development of one of Asia-Pacific’s leading innovation hubs.

Tom holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
