Tamara specialises in the intersection of behavioural design, financial literacy, and AI, building systems that drive investor confidence, activation, and long-term engagement at scale.

Previously, she founded and scaled Velexa, a globally recognised WealthTech100 company, and held senior roles at UBS, Deutsche Bank, DXC Technology and Thomson Reuters.
