Your Story:

Stephanie Rieben, CEO & Cofounder

Stephanie co-founded Diadem Capital where she and her partners bring stellar deal flow to early and growth stage VC investors and get startup businesses funded whether Venture Capital or Venture Debt.

She spent the last 5 years in the venture and startup space where she ran Investor Relations and Investor Sales at a Series A CRE FinTech startup in New York and built out the venture debt division of another Series A FinTech Startup.

Prior to venturing into the startup world she spent 10 years in Investment Banking and Institutional Sales at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Berenberg in New York City. She also had a stint in consulting with Ernst & Young in their Real Estate Advisory.

Stephanie holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BS in Hospitality Management from Lausanne Business School/ Switzerland.

Your Impact:

I am an LP at Gaingels and have worked with many Gaingels funded startup founders that belong to the LGBTQIA community. It is my goal to help underrepresented founders to access funding and therefore created a platform to help get them funded. Out of the 17 founders we've helped so far 80% were underpresented and 4 (24%) belonged to the LGBT community.
