Sharon joined OakNorth Bank as COO in April 2023, having joined Chip, a leading app for saving, investing & building long-term wealth, where she spent four years as COO. Sharon has over 25 years of experience within financial services, including working at large institutions such as Barclays, GE Life, and LeasePlan. Her experience building and scaling deposit app propositions will be invaluable to OakNorth as it continues to expand its products and services to customers.
