Sebastian Ricketts

Sebastian Ricketts joined the FCA in 2022 and acting Senior Manager within the Innovation Department. He is also responsible for the Regulatory Sandbox & Innovation Pathways team which supports innovative firms test their products and services within UK financial markets. Prior to this, Sebastian worked in the FCA’s International Division leading its Cryptoassets Strategy helping to shape and deliver international standards produced by the Financial Stability Board and International Organization of Securities Commissions respectively. He has also held policy roles at the Payments Systems Regulator, Association of Foreign Banks, and UK Foreign Office.
