Ruwani Hewa

Ruwani has over 14 years’ experience in financial services, and travel, creating customer-centric solutions across the payments and loyalty ecosystems – from gateway, acquiring to card schemes, issuing and rewards programs globally when previously working at EML, Amadeus Payments, Collinson, Barclaycard and American Express. She has now moved to the open banking and account-to-account payments space where she is Product & Proposition Director for Nuapay, leading the product strategy and vision for PSPs, ISVs and merchants.
Ruwani has made a significant contribution to Nuapay by setting up initiatives to showcase the benefits of Open Banking.
