Rita joined the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in 2024 and leads ecosystem engagement for Digital Markets Infrastructure (DMI), as well as client engagement, product innovation, and commercial strategy for Fixed Income DMI. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital finance through strategic partnerships and market-led solutions.
Prior to joining LSEG, Rita was Global Head of FinTech Partnerships at HSBC, where she spearheaded initiatives to incubate and scale transformative technologies across the financial ecosystem. Her earlier career includes senior roles at Accenture and EY, where she led digital transformation programmes for global financial institutions.
Rita is a recognised thought leader in the digital assets space and recently authored Web3 in Financial Services: How Blockchain, Digital Assets and Crypto Are Disrupting Traditional Finance, a comprehensive guide to the evolving landscape of decentralised finance.
