Rishi Khosla

Rishi Khosla is the CEO and co-founder of OakNorth, the commercial bank for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs. With a focus on the lower mid-market (businesses with $1m-100m revenue), OakNorth has lent over $15bn to businesses across the UK and US since its launch in September 2015. This has directly supported the creation of tens of thousands of new homes and jobs, as well as adding billions of dollars of GDP to these economies. Prior to OakNorth, Rishi co-founded his first business, Copal Partners in 2002 with his business partner, Joel Perlman. Together, they grew the business to 3,000 employees across 12 markets, before selling it to Moody’s Corporation in 2014, returning over 200x for seed investors. Rishi is an early-stage investor in Paypal, with other investments including About Energy (battery technology), Spiracheck (biotech), and Xometry (3D printing and manufacturing).
