Richard Davies

Richard is a leader in FinTech, having uniquely worked as CEO/COO in the three fastest growing fintechs in UK history (Allica, Revolut and OakNorth)

He is the CEO of Allica, a digital bank focused on established businesses that has lent over £3bn since it launched in 2020, and was the 2024 winner of the Sunday Times Hundred fastest growing private companies, with the fastest growth rate in the 27 year history of those awards. Allica has also topped the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 two years in a row, only the second company (after Deliveroo) to achieve this in the three decades of the awards. 

Previously he was the group COO at Revolut, as the company scaled from 5 million to 15 million customers and launched in a range of new geographies, and at OakNorth he was the inaugural CEO and developed the business model, technology, and regulatory licence application from scratch.
