Rebecca is Chief Risk Officer at Tide, where she provides oversight of all classes of risk, compliance, quality control, and enterprise risk management globally.
Before Tide, Rebecca held roles focusing on security, intelligence, and financial crime, including at financial crime consultancy FINTRAIL where she worked with many leading FinTechs, HSBC’s Financial Intelligence Unit and at a defence company. She holds a masters in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism.
Over the last few years, she has been building up Tide’s Risk and Compliance function to support its global business growth. Rebecca is a key contributor to industry conversations around AI, risk and compliance and is passionate about the continuous development of fintechs.
