Ravneet Shah

Since becoming VP, Engineering in May ‘21 and being promoted to CTO in Jan ‘22, Ravneet has led the tech build of what in 2023 became the fastest-growing UK fintech ever (according to Deloitte).

She’s the embodiment of ‘leading by example’, starting her career as a developer in 2007 and working her way up to joining Allica as Integration Lead Engineer in Jan ‘20.

As CTO, Ravneet has led on many complex projects instrumental to Allica’s story, including:

-Migration of 1,400 customers and 1,700 loans as part of Allica’s acquisition of AIB’s £0.5bn GB SME lending portfolio in Aug ’22
-Launch of Allica’s business current account for established SMEs in 2023, which already has over 2,000 users
