Philip Kelvin

Philip is an entrepreneur focused on technology and AI applications within the financial and legal services space. In 2021 he co-founded Tranch, a payments fintech, before it was acquired by a major technology company, Elite, in January 2025 where he then led Globa Product Strategy including AI applicability within ERP and fintech.  Elite was later acquired in September 2025 by a leading private equity firm. He has over a decade of experience working in the City across professional services, technology startups and corporates, investing and advising early stage startups in the UK and US as well as a trustee of several charities. In April 2025 he was elected as a Common Councillor in the City of London where he sits on the Digital Services Committee and as the City's representative on the board of Innovate Finance.
