Phil McGaw

Phil McGaw is Chief Technology Officer at Wealth Wizards, part of Royal London, where he leads the development of AI-enabled digital advice and guidance platforms.  His work focuses on applying AI in regulated advice and guidance contexts, balancing innovation with governance, assurance, and operational resilience.

Phil has extensive experience across financial services and healthcare, spanning data platforms, machine learning, and automation. More recently, he has focused on embedding AI into both engineering practices and advice delivery, with tools in production supporting advisers and emerging capabilities in customer journeys, including improving advice quality and decision-making in areas such as equity release and retirement planning.
