Peter Neufeld

Peter Neufeld is a Partner at EY and Global Lead for EY Studio+ Financial Services. He works with clients to realise the opportunities created by AI‑enabled Customer Experience (AX), Human‑Centred Design, Innovation, and Digital Transformation, with a primary focus on highly regulated sectors, particularly Financial Services, in the UK, Europe, and around the world.

Over the course of his career, Peter has provided strategic insight, creative leadership, and trusted technology solutions to some of the world’s most successful organisations. He has founded and scaled digital agencies through organic growth and successful acquisitions, built global human‑centred design capabilities, and helped large, complex organisations re‑imagine how AI will transform both their business models and customer needs. He is a soft after speaker and thought leader. Alongside his client work, Peter is a Guest Lecturer and Industry Advisor to the Royal College of Art’s Service Design programme and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
