Nina Foote

Nina Foote is a Partner at Volution, a venture capital firm investing in high-growth FinTech, SaaS and AI businesses that enhance productivity in capital markets and enterprise.

Volution recently launched a $100m fund targeting UK and European technology companies with over £5m in revenue. The firm provides founders with the capital and hands-on support to scale these businesses to Series B and beyond. Notable companies in the portfolio include Zopa, Cognism, Signal AI, Flagstone and Wrisk.

As Chief of Staff and Head of Growth, Nina leads Investor Relations, Marketing, Operations and ESG initiatives at Volution. She developed the firm's Carbon Carry programme which reinvests fund profits into carbon offsetting and removal programs, aiming both to incentivise portfolio companies to prioritise ESG initiatives and to mitigate the environmental impacts of its AI-driven portfolio companies. 

Nina is a strong advocate for diversity in the venture capital industry, actively participating in European Women in VC and supporting initiatives like the Investing in Women Code to enhance female representation in the field.
