Nilixa Devlukia

Nilixa Devlukia is Chair of the Open Finance Association, an industry body representing the demand side of open banking and open finance in the UK and EU. Nilixa holds a Masters in European Competition law, is an experienced policy maker and regulatory expert, and founder and CEO of Payments Solved a regulatory consultancy advising on the regulatory frameworks for open banking and open finance, digital assets and payment services. Nilixa has been at the coalface of open banking from the outset of regulatory conversations from her time at the FCA leading on the PSD2 policy work, supporting HMT, working on all the PSD2  mandates with the EBA and ECB, then as Head of Regulatory at the Open Banking Implementation Entity and now, working extensively with regulators in the UK and overseas. Nilixa sits on the European Commission’s Payment Systems Market Expert Group and Data Advisory Group. Nilixa is a well-known public speaker and works with industry, regulators, and legislators to influence and drive changes in the open banking, and payments ecosystem for a financial services landscape that is secure, transparent, and inclusive.
