Mike Robertson has over 20 years of experience in transactional banking, FX and cross-border payments. He is CEO and Co-Founder of AbbeyCross – a New York/London based Fintech founded in 2022 that is changing the way banks and other payment businesses manage emerging market FX payments with the world’s first whole marketplace for Emerging Market FX & Payments.
Prior to starting AbbeyCross, Mike was Global Head of Transactional FX Trading at Bank of America for 10-years based in London and New York. Before joining Bank of America, he held similar senior roles within the FX and Payments businesses at HSBC and RBS.
Based in New York, Mike is originally from South Africa and holds an MBA from Hult International Business School in London, England.
