Matt Gosden

Matt is cofounder and CEO of Engage Smarter AI. He started out work life as a technologist and physicist but has spent most of his varied career working in Financial Services.  Matt is also an actuary.  At Zurich he was the insurance executive responsible for the existing books of life, pensions and wealth business around the globe.  He has also spent a decade as a management consultant and Partner at Oliver Wyman.  Since 2018, Matt has been in the startup space working on businesses using machine learning, tech and AI to help better manage and engage customers.
