Tell us your story:
My career started in Financial Services and commercial lending for the last 15 years. I joined Allica over 5 years ago and its been a great environment to apply all the experience I had from Financial Services but also look at how technology can really enhance how we can be more efficient, manage risk better and deliver great products and services to the SME market. Since joining Allica I have taken great interest in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative here and chaired a forum of colleagues to ensure we create a open and welcoming environment to so colleagues can be their authentic self. As we have grown we have found this to be an integral part of our culture.
Impact:
At Allica I have contributed to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives often taking a lead to ensure we represent colleagues from all walks of life. This helps create a environment where people feel represented and truly feel comfortable being their authentic self and thrive in what they do.
Advice:
It is a welcoming and open sector which is thriving with people who has diverse thought and really add some value to the development of the sector.
