Magdalena Krön, Innovation Director Consultant at Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT), where she works with founders, researchers, and internal teams to explore frontier technologies and facilitate early explorations that can shape future products and platforms for financial services. Her focus is on spotting what’s coming next, working hands-on with ambitious founders, and helping turn new ideas into practical experiments and collaborations.
Before FCAT, Magdalena was a founding member of Barclays’ fintech platform, Rise, and supported its scale from scratch into a global network of 700+ fintech companies across London, New York, Tel Aviv, and Mumbai. Earlier in her career, she co-launched the London Co-Investment Fund, which invested in 147 early-stage startups. Across her work, she has consistently acted as a bridge between founders, capital, and large organisations, with a strong commitment to building inclusive, founder-led innovation ecosystems.
