Lynda joined Tribe Payments in 2022 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. She has well over a decade’s worth of experience in the payments sector across Europe and the Middle East, with a proven track record in product commercialisation.

Lynda leads by example and consistently demonstrates a tireless dedication to gender equality, elevating and inspiring the women and men around her. Driven by her passion for DEI, she has undertaken numerous initiatives to break down barriers for women in traditionally male-dominated industries, including running workshops for women to anonymously share their negative workplace experiences, and educating others on the benefits of DEI initiatives on panels and podcasts.
