Lucy-Marie Hagues

Lucy has been the CEO of Capital One UK since July 2020 and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and general management of the business.  Lucy recently became Head of International, a position that brings Canada into her scope alongside the UK. Lucy believes that lending creates opportunities and she is focused on creating products and experiences that make it easy for people to live successful financial lives. Lucy is a member of the UK Finance Board. She also dedicates time to improving numeracy skills in the UK through her membership of the National Numeracy Leadership Council, and her participation in a variety of initiatives to improve maths skills across the country.
