Lesley is a TEDx speaker, fintech founder, and former banking professional working at the intersection of wealth, behaviour, and technology. With over a decade in financial services, she has held roles at J.P. Morgan, Barclays, and Mizuho, bringing deep expertise in financial markets.
She is the CEO and co-founder of U Impact, a platform combining Generative AI and behavioural science to activate the next generation of investors and expand access to wealth creation.
A University of Cambridge double master’s graduate (Finance and Industrial Engineering), Lesley brings a global perspective shaped by her journey across China, the UK, and Germany.
She is a regular speaker at leading industry events including Money20/20, Innovate Finance Global Summit, and FIBE Berlin, and has been named three times to the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist.
