Lee has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of credit and fraud risk management roles at H&T Pawnbrokers, Virgin Money, Bank of America, HM Revenue & Customs, Lloyds Banking Group and The Very Group. In his previous role as Head of Credit Risk for H&T, Lee implemented open banking, offering credit excluded customers a route to affordable credit. Lee was also Head of Risk Strategy for Virgin Money, helping to launch and grow their credit card to a £3 billion portfolio.
