He previously developed HSBCs conversational banking channel strategy and was recently Head of Consulting for Digital & Customer Strategy at HSBC retail bank. Currently, Kunal is the Global Head of Partnership Development at Mambu, where he is driving and executing strategic partner positioning and customer adoption.
