Kirsty Rutter

Kirsty Rutter built Lloyds Banking Group's Corporate Venture capability (CVC) in 2022, making strategic equity investments in early stage growth companies that deliver awesome outcomes for customers and clients. She has built a multi-disciplinary career across financial services, having spent almost 30 years in roles spanning finance, strategy, M&A, risk, data, technology and innovation at top-tier investment, corporate and retail banks.

At work she is most energised when she can play a leading role in organisational growth and change; known for challenging the ways things ‘have always been done’ and championing the opportunities that new tools and technologies bring. She has been actively involved in the fintech community for over a decade.

At home, Kirsty is a mum to two teenage boys who keep her grounded and educate her in ways the office never could.
