Kate has over 20 years' experience of financial services - working in compliance and operations in investment banks, as a regulator and as a specialist regulatory consultant.
Kate co-leads KPMG’s EMA FS Regulatory Insights Centre (RIC), specialising in Capital Markets & Digital Finance regulation, publishing analysis, providing insights and SME consultancy support on regulatory change management to KPMG clients. Kate has been closely following developments in the regulation of use of technology, especially in the area of cryptoassets, DLT and artificial intelligence. Prior to KPMG, Kate has over 15 years' experience working in Compliance and Operations areas of global investment banks as well as supervising them while at the UK FCA.
