Karim Marchoud

Karim Marchoud is the founder of Regulex AI, building infrastructure for regulated financial services firms entering the agentic world. He is currently part of the Antler UK Sprint Residency programme, one of Europe's leading early-stage accelerators.

Karim's background spans Deal Advisory at KPMG, where he specialised in transaction services and advanced analytics, and buy-side asset management advisory, where he built investment strategy models for quant teams and capital allocation products for portfolio management. His client experience includes engagements with Schroders, M&G, Phoenix, and State Street, giving him direct exposure to the data and operational challenges facing institutional investment managers.

This combination of technical depth and hands-on experience with fund data infrastructure led him to found Regulex AI in October 2025, taking the product from concept to production in four months as a solo, self-funded founder. Karim holds a First Class Computer Science degree with a big data specialism and has passed CFA Levels I and II.
