Karen Kerrigan

Karen is Chief Operating Officer and acting General Counsel at Moneybox, the digital wealth manager, accountable for compliance, governance, people, customer operations, risk, and company secretary.  Karen is a key sponsor of Moneybox’s Inclusion Committee, which ensures that the business builds products and services that meet the needs of a diverse range of customers and that employees are recruited and developed fairly.  As an ex-lawyer-turned operator, she is a strong supporter of fair access to professional careers and sits on the Board of Generation Success, a not-for-profit dedicated to ensuring that careers are not determined by someone’s birth.
