Over the last 12-18 months, we’ve worked with over 17 fintechs to help them understand the unique dynamics of the credit union industry and customize their use cases to align with this market. Through tailored strategies, we’ve guided these fintechs in developing solutions that address specific credit union needs, from improving member engagement to enhancing operational efficiency. This work has positively impacted thousands of members, as these fintech innovations are now better positioned to drive financial inclusion, streamline services, and deliver meaningful value to credit unions and their communities.

Over the last 12-18 months, we’ve been dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion by helping fintechs navigate partnerships with CDFI-certified credit unions and MDIs. We’ve worked with approximately 50% of the fintechs we served to position their products and services for underserved markets, aligning innovative solutions with the unique needs of these communities. This has resulted in greater access to affordable financial services, improved member engagement, and meaningful support for financial inclusion. By empowering fintechs to tailor their offerings for underserved populations, our efforts have positively impacted thousands, fostering equitable growth and expanding opportunities for historically marginalized groups.
