Jon Lipton
COO/CFO
Jon has more than 15 years of experience in senior operational leadership in financial services.
As the COO of an advisory and investment management firm, he scaled the operating platform that enabled growth in AUM from £1bn to £15b, and following an IPO, was appointed Group Head of Risk. Before joining Point Group, Jon was a senior consultant for a not-for-profit law firm and social finance consultancy.
He holds an executive MBA from Imperial College, London, and an LL.M in financial law from King’s College, London. Jon has attended education programs at UCLA, Columbia and Harvard. In his spare time, he mentor’s startups and scaleups for Imperial Launch.
