Tell us your story:

"I am part of J.P. Morgan's Onyx business unit, which uses Blockchain technology to power the exchange of value, information, and digital assets. Before that, I spent nearly five years as a Clearing Specialist, focussing on the commercialisation of Cross-border Payments. I have always been passionate around Fintech and the power it can unleash for inclusion and the broader positive impact on society. Originally from Italy, I moved to the UK not yet feeling comfortable with my identity and my sexual orientation. Coming out to my colleagues was a positive experience, with their genuine interest in my life helping me quickly build a strong network by being my authentic, laid-back, and positive, self. This had an impact not only on myself, but it has also allowed me to have influence as a more authentic and proactive role model for junior talent, helping them out in their journey within the Fintech and Payments community."

"I would like to be featured because I find it essential to speak-up and make the LGBTQIA+ community and its contributions to the Fintech Industry even more visible. I have always been inspired by brave people in our community and I would like to help out as well"
