Felicia Meyerowitz Singh is a tech and financial services entrepreneur and leader, board director, and former CEO/MD/CFO with deep expertise across wealth, pensions, and insurance. She is the co-founder of Engage Smarter AI, providing AI agents customer in pensions, recently acquired by Mercer, as well as previously a cash platform & insurance venture acquired by WTW.

Felicia currently serves as Non-Executive Director at Platform One and until recently at Delio, acquired by iALTa, in the private markets space.  Her work sits at the intersection of AI, data, and financial services, with a focus on growth and distribution, how autonomous agents and next-generation infrastructure can transform customer outcomes and unlock more personalised savings and investing at scale. Following recent M&A and sale activity, Felicia is increasingly focused on how emerging AI capabilities and next-generation infrastructure will reshape financial services and broader digital ecosystems.
