Erik Mostenicky

Erik is a founding member of FISV, the proprietary investment arm of Fidelity International Limited established in 2018 within Eight Roads to make venture investments into early stage fintech companies that can change the face of asset and wealth management.

Since inception he has led and managed investments into Moonfare, Finbourne, and Tumelo and developed firm's investment theses around "Rise of retail investor activism, sustainability & stewardship", "Democratisation of alternative assets" and "Trading backbone of the future".

Prior to setting up FISV, Erik was a strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon advising T1 Private Equity shops on fintech M&A deals in Europe and America; and corporate development professional at FIS where he diversified the US Software giant into a multi financial services powerhouse. Erik started his career as a co-founder of a night club business before transitioning into finance.

Erik holds a Masters (Hons) in Tech Entrepreneurship from the University College London and Bachelors in Accounting & Finance from Vienna University of Economics. He is a Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts and an avid Mountaineering, Skitouring and Alpine-enthusiast.
