Crystal Noe began her Compliance career in 2000 at an AML startup. She quickly went from office manager, to project manager, then product manager. She even taught herself SQL to better support clients. In 2007, she founded a startup focused on automating compliance work. She created the 1st ever: automated risk assessment, &"click-to-pick" trade-doc screening tool. In 2012 she joined Citi; within 5 yrs, she made Global Director and was overseeing the entire screening program. In 2020, Crystal joined Meta. She was quickly promoted to Head of Sanctions, overseeing 100+ products across Meta's subsidiaries. In 2023, Crystal joined Kraken, as their head of Sanctions. Crystal is Women in FinTech!
