Amy is the Founder of Anthemis, an investment platform focused on the digital transformation of financial services, and today it is among the most active in the industry. She is also the Founder and Chair of Archer Gray, a media company focused on bringing new, diverse, and innovative stories to life. Before founding Anthemis and Archer Gray, she was CEO and Managing Director of Barclays Stockbrokers, led the global e-commerce business at Barclays Capital, and was Senior Managing Director and Partner at Cantor Fitzgerald. Above all, she is a catalyst for systems change — deploying financial, human, and intellectual capital to create a more vibrant, equitable, inclusive, and just society.
