Allen Rohner
CTO and Co-founder
Allen is Co-founder and CTO at Griffin, building the “AWS for fintechs” to enable faster and cost-effective fintech innovation and embedded finance adoption. After graduating from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a degree in Computer Engineering and cutting his teeth as a developer, Allen founded two startups including code verification unicorn CirlceCI, writing version one of the product and scaling the engineering team.
He left CircleCI in 2014, teaming up with David Jarvis to write a book on ClojureScript. The duo continued their partnership, founding Griffin in 2017 and building the first full-stack BaaS platform and bank in the UK. Allen is a passionate advocate for digital transformation in finance and loves speaking about Clojure.
