Adam became AskIf’s legal director because he understands how crucial it is for SMEs to secure the finance they need.
He also believes it is the job of an in-house lawyer to make things as simple as possible for clients and partners, rather than bamboozle them with jargon.
Adam has worked as an in-house lawyer and legal structurer in the financial markets for nearly 25 years, including roles at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital.
He established his own legal consultancy in 2009, carrying out work for clients in Europe and the Middle East.
