Adam Bealey

Adam, as Chief Executive of UK & Ireland, leads Swift’s client and industry engagement throughout the region. He is actively involved with industry associations and policy development groups, serving on the UK National Payments Vision Engagement Group and as a board member of the UK Finance Payments Product & Services Board.

In a rapidly evolving landscape, Adam brings over 20 years of experience across financial services, including executive roles within global payments, corporate banking, strategic and regulatory change, and new product development, across Barclays and Swift.

Adam earned an Executive MBA from London Business School and also serves as a charity trustee and local councillor.
