Over the past 12-18 months, I have contributed to the FinTech space by developing innovative solutions that promote financial inclusion. Through my 100% women-led software company, we’ve created platforms leveraging blockchain and AI to enhance financial accessibility and security. A key project was a digital payment gateway integrated with local banking systems, which streamlined transactions for small businesses and impacted over 50,000 users.
I also launched an accelerator program for women-led FinTech startups, mentoring 15 teams and helping them secure funding to scale their businesses. Additionally, I conducted financial literacy workshops, directly empowering 2,000 women entrepreneurs to utilize digital financial tools effectively.
My efforts have driven positive change by increasing access to secure financial services, fostering women’s participation in FinTech, and contributing to a more inclusive digital economy.
In the past 12-18 months, I have actively championed diversity and inclusion through various initiatives. As the founder of Women in Digital, I’ve led programs that trained over 5,000 women in IT and digital skills, enabling more than 2,000 to secure jobs in tech and FinTech sectors. I organized South Asia's first women’s hackathon and launched an accelerator program that supported 15 women-led startups, helping them secure funding and expand their impact.
I also hosted cybersecurity awareness workshops tailored for women entrepreneurs, empowering 3500 participants to protect their businesses online. By creating a 100% women-led software company, I demonstrated the technical capabilities of women in a male-dominated field, inspiring others to follow suit.
These efforts have advanced gender equity in technology, increased women’s economic participation, and created a ripple effect of empowerment and opportunity for underrepresented groups.
