The Roundtable on Alternative Payment Methods aims to bring together representatives from Innovate Finance member companies and discuss industry wide developments affecting non-card payment methods (local payment methods / alternative payment methods like wallets, BNPLs, local payment schemes, real time payments, and new forms of digital money). The roundtable is designed for:

• Heads of Product
• Heads of Payments
• Heads of Business
• Heads of Product Partnerships
• Heads of Strategic Partnerships / Alliances

Some of the potential discussions points will be the following and we would like to encourage you to participate in creating the agenda for future iterations of this session, so that we can bring to life enriching conversations on themes of interest with industry leaders:

• Are Stablecoins the future of payments?
• Real Time Payments -The keys to success (interoperability, adoption, EPI/Wero and the digital Euro)
• Access, reliability and functionality – What is required for local payment schemes to be a credible alternative to global card schemes?
