Celebrating a decade of spotlighting female leaders who are shaping the future of financial innovation

London, 5 March 2026 - Innovate Finance is proud to announce the 10th annual edition of the Women in FinTech Powerlist 2025, marking a decade of celebrating the most influential and accomplished women in the UK's FinTech and financial services sector.

This milestone year received over 600 applications from female leaders across the globe, reflecting the growing recognition of women's contributions to financial innovation. The Powerlist recognises over 200 women across eight categories who have made significant contributions to FinTech's many verticals and adjacent services.

An expert panel of independent judges has selected the final Powerlist and the Standout 45, those individuals who have made a lasting impact in FinTech, over and above their day-to-day role. Their work has been instrumental in furthering gender equality within the industry, and they have been pivotal catalysts for innovation throughout their careers.

Notable names on the list during the years include representatives from Allica Bank, Atom Bank, Coinbase, GoHenry, London Stock Exchange, Monzo, Revolut, Zilch, Zopa Bank, and many others.

To mark this 10th anniversary, Innovate Finance is also introducing the Hall of Fame, recognising 30 incredible women who have been featured on the Powerlist at least five times over the past decade, with over 1,700 women honored in the Powerlist since 2015. These leaders have consistently demonstrated excellence and commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in FinTech.

This year's initiative will culminate in a launch event on 12 March 2026, hosted by KPMG UK.
